CHORUS: Take me into your company Welcome me on your shore I will take no more than I give of that rest assured ‘But what can you give?’ Asked a voice from on high ‘All that I have ever been and a glimmer of hope in my eye’ {Chorus} ‘But what will you eat?’ Cried a voice from the street Let me toil within your fields and together we’ll harvest the wheat {Chorus} ‘But where will you live?’ Asked a voice from inside Let me build a house that isn’t too tall and isn’t too wide {Chorus}

The trees they grow high The leaves they do grow green Many is the time my true love I’ve seen Many an hour I watched him all alone He’s young but he’s daily growing Father dear father you’ve done me great wrong You’ve married me to a boy who is too young I’m twice twelve and he is but fourteen He’s young but he’s daily growing Daughter dear daughter I’ve done you no wrong I’ve married you to a great lord’s son He’ll make a lord for you to wait upon He’s young but he’s daily growning Father dear father if you see fit We’ll send him to college for one year yet I’ll tie blue ribbons all around his head To let the maidens know that he’s married One day I was looking o’er my father’s castle wall I spied the boys a-playing with a ball My one true love was the flower of them all He’s young but he’s daily growing At the age of fourteen he was a married man At the age of fifteen the father of a son At the age of sixteen his grave it was green And death had put an end to his growing

Discontent 03:03
How do you wear your discontent? Does it hang on a fine silver chain? Does it sparkle and shine like your fourth glass of wine Which you drink on the porch in the rain? How do you wear your discontent? Does it go with your red leather shoes? Does it hum baritone as you talk on the phone Crooning those workaday blues? Chorus: Dissatisfaction suits you Better than you thought it ever could There’s no glory in contentment’s lazy calm Let the itch become the balm Put it on, put it on. How do you wear your discontent? Does it drag as you walk down the street? Does it stick in the cracks of sidewalks and train tracks Or get brittle and stale in the heat? {Chorus} How do you wear your discontent? Does it peek through the slit in your dress? Does it draw hungry looks from policemen and crooks? Turn your self-righteous ‘no’ into ‘yes’? {Chorus}

Maple Seed 03:49
I know that you’re sorry  Your sorrow fills the room  It isn’t me, it isn’t you  It’s what we stand on  I see that you’re sorry  Sorry’s not enough  Love is blind, life is tough  We move on  Chorus: What I am, what I need  Is the tenderest of breezes  Maple seed make your way to the ground  Who we are and what will be  Will emerge within its season  Maple seed make your way to the ground  I can see you’re hurting  Don’t feel too good myself  Put on your shoes let’s go to the woods  And use our lungs  I see that you’re hurting  Your hurt is not my own  Let me be strong as you’ve been strong  Our time has come

As if Eden 02:50
I saw something from the mountaintop today Didn't look good, didn't look good Everything that blossoms has to rot one day It's a simple truth, a simple truth Chorus: Kiss me as if Eden were just a glimmer in your tender mama's eye Don't forget to live before you die Glaciers ease themselves into a warming sea It's down to you, it's down to me Gather all you love and calm your trembling hands Forget what you know, learn what you can {Chorus} All hands on deck there's no time left to wonder what we could have done We sail beneath an angry sun Violent seas are rising Man and beast and creeping thing Stand humbled before the fountain of the great deep {Chorus}
